An international wingsuit competition is taking place right now in central China's Hunan Province. Eight of world's best fliers who just advanced to today's final, are going to plunge off Tianmen Mountain, from a height of 1,400 metres.
A wingsuit flier from South Africa won the first World Wingsuit Championship in Zhangjiajie city, Hunan province on Thursday.
After countless days of rain, several postponements and even a cancellation in one of the events, earlier this week finally saw the World Wingsuit League's Tianmen Mountain Grand Prix Wingsuit Race take place.
Jumping off a cliff 4,593 above sea level is all a part of the game for the men and women participating in this year’s Wingsuit Flying World Championship in Zhangjiajie, China.
The first Wingsuit Flying World Championship opened on in Zhangjiajie, central China's Hunan province, with the top 15 wingsuit fliers in action.
