On Feb. 2, a Spring Festival Gala themed at Warm and Happy Spring Festival was staged at the Changsha No. 1 Social Welfare Institute by volunteers, pupils and voluntary enterprises.
On the afternoon of February 3, the Yueyang Porpoise Protection Association held a model commending meeting & a gala in Yueyang City to celebrate the World Wetlands Day that falls on February 2 and embrace the upcoming Spring Festival.
On January 31, two axle beams of the bridge across Beijing-Hongkong-Macao highway in East Xiangfu Road, Changsha, known as the "China's Widest Bridge" have been jacked up above the highway.
