We were planning to have a trip long time ago, but we couldn’t decide which places to go since China is so big country. One of my chinese friend who had been to Zhangjiajie in 2012 and he recommended Zhangjiajie to us, so luckily we accept his suggestion.
Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is really an amazing place, it is stunning, unbelievable. We spent 5 days in Zhangjiajie, but I think the highlight of this tour is we enjoyed a spectacular sunrising in the park.You need to stay in the park if you want to see the sunrise, we found Zhangjiajie Tour Club and asked it to book hotels for us. We got up very early, about 5：30 o’clock, then our guide Charlen took us to the Great Sightseeing Platform, which is praised to be the best place for watching sunrise. It took us 20 minutes on foot, there were already a lot of people, everyone was very exciting to wait the sunrise, our guide said there were only 100 persons could have the chance to see the sunrise everyday, what’s more, you still cannot see if the weather was not good. How hopely we could see it.
It was about 7 o’clock that we saw the sun rising from the behind of mountains. Words were poor to describe the beauty of sunrise, it was so spectacular that we though this was the most beautiful scenery in the world, we just kept silence and enjoyed it silently.We stayed 20 days in China and thought Zhangjiajie trip was our best tour during the whole trip, we enjoyed the beautiful mountains and colorful culture.
