1. Kitty, first guide, was not so experienced, she bought the trainticket for 17:00 but guests already arrived at 10:15! too much time in between. she changed the ticket but could only change them to 14:00. also they spend a lot of time waiting at the cablecar on hengshan. it turned out that there were also minibusses going to the top, that would have saved a lot of time. 

 

2. second guide Leo was much more experienced. 

 

3. clients were happy with the cars and saw beautiful places so all in all they had a great trip.
