In total, it was 1,250 kg ingredients that were cooked in Changsha, in Central China's Hunan province. The event was promoted by a restaurant that aims to promote Hunan cuisine. Stir-fry Chilli pork, or Lajiao chao rou, is a special dish in Hunan cooking, which is also known as Xiang cuisine.
