Changsha's First Viburnum Art Festival opened in Zifeng Park

On the morning of April 8, Changsha's first Beichen Viburnum Art Festival organized by Changsha Municipal Gardening Department opened in Changsha Zifeng Park. Visitors can enjoy photographing and watching charming viburnum blossoms at the park.
 
There is abundance of viburnums in Changsha city proper, most of which grow in Zifeng Park. Among more than 100 viburnum trees in the park, six are 30 years old and 22 are 20 years old. This season is viburnums annual flowering period which lasts for more than 20 days. Various activities are scheduled to be carried out during the festival such as viburnum prose painting and calligraphy exhibition, donation and adoption of viburnum trees.
