You need at least 3 days to explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park(including Tianzi Mountain and Suoxiyu Valley). And then, one day for Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, one day for Yellow Dragon Cave and Baofeng Lake. If you like whitewater rafting, the Mengdong River rafting and Maoyan Rafting are your best choice.
