A world top level artistic show was staged at the international service area of Meixi Lake on September 13, unveiling the 2013 Meixi Lake International Culture and Arts Week.
The biggest bright spot is the creative mix match of top artistic forms. A water corridor of space and time is presented by 4D holographicprojection. A giant dragon connects different phases of time, opening the show of “Chu”.
Lv Siqing, gold medal-winner of the Paganini Competition, performed the Chinese classic love story “Butterfly Lovers (Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai)” with ballet artist Qiu Siting and CyrilPierre, chief dance artist of Munich International Theatre.
Zhu Zheqin, representative of the new Chinese music, Italian singer Giorgia Fumanti and Sweden musician Robert Wells also appeared on stage.
The arts week also includes a symphony concert of the royal philharmonic orchestra on September 15 and a closing ceremony on September 17.
