The Most Fantastic 5D Movie Hall in the World to Debut in Zhangjiajie

On June 8, it is announced that in October this year, the most fantastic movie hall in the world equipped with a five-dimensional screen will make debut in the exhibition hall of Zhangjiajie Geopark which is under upgrading. It will depict the formation of Zhangjiajie landforms and bring the audience brand new interactive experiences.

Chief of the program for upgrading said that the newly equipped five-dimensional screen not only fills the blank in this regard but also offers a vivid stage for promoting scientific knowledge in the formation of Zhangjiajie landforms. The chief remarked that being an excellent facility for scientific knowledge publicity, the five-dimensional screen is to enable the audience to experience the wandering in  outer space and witness the changes of Zhangjiejie during the 380 million years.

Based on the technology of four-dimensional movie hall, the five-dimensional one realizes real-time interaction between the audience and screen characters via unique scenery decoration, advanced software technology and animation technology of three-dimensional graphics. Upon completion, visitors to Zhangjiajie are expected to truly experience its hoodoos, witness blowing, raining, sea of clouds, and sit in semi-recumbent seats rising, falling and shaking.
