I. Introduction
As the world natural heritage, Zhangjiajie is also the home to ethnic and folk music. The launch of international country music in this city aims to integrate professional music with folk music, showcase and exchange art essence of all nationalities, inherit and carry forward the country music art, and promote the world culture communication. The music week will be open to all country music lovers who are free to come to Zhangjiajie and show themselves on this stage. Efforts will be made to develop Zhangjiajie into a holy land of country music as well as cultivate the international country music week into a brand industry.

V. Scale
I. Official invitation: The organization committee of 2013 Zhangjiajie International Country Music Week is set to invite no less than 20 bands from 18 countries and regions as well as sister city delegations invited by Zhangjiajie Municipal People’s Government. Meanwhile, more than 6 domestic bands will be attracted. There will be over 200 people with 6 to 15 people in each band.
II. Participate at Your Own Expense: In order to establish a long-term operation mechanism and make 2013 Zhangjiajie International Country Music Week distinctive, it will open to all country music lovers and those who would like to present themselves and communicate music on this stage. Those who are not included in the above-mentioned bands or individuals can enter for the music week via official channels. All related procedures will be arranged by the organization committee, including approving as well as giving away entrance permit.
Bands and individuals are warmly welcomed in 2013 International Zhangjiajie Country Music Week. No reception service will be offered, instead, the organization committee will provide liaison service and assistance via the cooperative hotels.
