Eleven Masters Create Landscape Painting of Changsha

The exhibition of Meixi Lake landscape painting was unveiled at Changsha Meixi Lake International Community on April 25.

Eleven contemporary painting masters, including Dai Shihe, Zhu Xunde, Song Xinjiang and Zhang Liping, were invited to Changsha for the art creation of Meixi Lake landscape, a typical representative of Changsha's wonderful scenery integrating mountains with water. Their works vividly present Changsha’s outstanding achievements in "Two-Oriented" Society construction in Changsha Pioneering District on the West Bank of the Xiangjiang River. These masters also attended related seminars.

The activity was organized by the administrative committee of Changsha Pioneering District during the second Meixi Lake Flower Exhibition to spread the culture of Changsha abroad.

Painting artists visited major scenic spots like Peach Flower Garden, Meixi Lakeside for art creation from April 23 to April 25. The Meixi Lake International Community getting so close to mountains, water, birds and flowers impressed them greatly and inspired them in art creation. A total of 25 works, including water color, traditional Chinese painting, oil painting and block painting, came out there.
