Mao Zedong Memorial Museum Receives Master Mould of Mao Relief Sculpture
The master mould of relief sculpture of Chairman Mao Zedong, created by the famous sculptor Zhang Songhe in 1965, was donated to the Shaoshan Mao Zedong Memorial Museum on August 1 for permanent display.
 
Based on the master mould, the Chairman Mao Badge was produced and issued nationwide. Therefore, the master mould has become an important real object that witnesses the history of that period.
