Zhangjiajie Welcomes 27 World-famous Country Music Groups

27 country music groups from 27 countries have accepted the invitation to 2013 Zhangjiajie International Country Music Week scheduled to open at Huanglong Cave Ecological Square on August 31, 2013, according to the organizing committee of the event on June 4. Visitors and music fans will be lucky to enjoy world leading artists' tour performances at most popular scenic spots of this world natural heritage site such as Huanglong Cave, Baofeng Lake, Laomowan, Tianzi Mountain, Tianmen Mountain and Xibu Avenue.

Among the guest performers are the Indian dancer Prathibha Prahlad who was honored as the most innovative and epoch-making artist by the media, and Jean-Francois Maljean, the prestigious Belgium pianist. Some outstanding bands and troupes will stage their fantastic performances including Chinese Dong Brothers, German Sound Workshop widely known in Europe, indigenous and enchanting South African Drum Band and the Peru traditional religious opera troupe "Dancing with Monsters".
