Day 01 Shanghai - Zhangjiajie by evening flight

Arrival at Zhangjiajie, met and transferred to your hotel in Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. Free for rest of the day.

Day 02 Zhangjiajie ( B L )

Today's highlight is to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Located in the northwest of Wulingyuan next to Tianzi Mountain and Suoxiyu Valley, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park has more than 3000 surprising pillar-like formations pulling out from earth and seen throughout the park. First take elevator up to Huangshi Fort to have a high view of the park - a huge painting of Chinese beautiful landscape: unique peaks, active mountains, flying waterfalls and bloom flowers and green grasses... After lunch, your afternoon tour will focus on the Jinbian Brook. It stretches a distance of 7.5 km from north to south, winding across mountains and valleys, breathing in the fresh air, feasting eyes on the grotesque valley and peaks on both sides.

Day 03 Zhangjiajie ( B L )

Today's highlight is to exlore Tianzi Mountain. Tianzi Mountain takes its after Xiang Dakun who took the lead in the local farmers" rebellion. He regarded himself Tianzi meaning "the Son of Heaven" in Chinese. Take cable car up to the mountain.
The area is characteristic of high and dense hoodoos. The highest peak is Tianzi Peak which has an elevation of 1,262.5 meters. Mt. Tianzi is particularly recommended for its good view. Taking in the view there, one can see solitary and clustering mountains among the clouds mid mist.

Day 04 Zhanjiajie - Shanghai by late evening flight ( B )

After breakfast, you are free in Zhangjiajie till transferred to Zhangjiajie Airport and take flight back for Shanghai.
