Wulingyuan of Zhangjiajie promotes“closing to water”tour to attract tourists

From July, the constant hot weather heats the “ closing to water” tour in summer holiday. In the scenic regions of Wulingyuan District, tourists are often seen in the Golden Whip Stream which is prevented from the sun by the crowd trees and holds bright waters, in exciting and cool running streams, in the most beautiful cave,also the natural air-condition-Huanglong Cave, in the Baofeng Lake which is surrounded by the green mountains and holds green waters enjoying the coolness. As to the hot weather and characteristics for traveling in summer holiday, those scenic regions promote the “closing to water”tour one by one , so as to attract tourists from the whole world .

On July 9, our writer saw the scene in the Golden Whip Stream that many tourists took a rest besides the stream; and some in three or five groups played with water and took photos in the shallow streams. Some children even played without clothes covering their bodies, which made their parents hurry to go down the water to protect them. According to the introduction of the staff in the scenic regions, the Golden Whip Stream is lively in those days, for the tourists love the air here, the coolness here, as well as the streams with ups and variety, playing fishes. Therefore, there more than 5,000 tourists from the whole world to enjoy the cool water in here.

The slalom on the upstream of Suoxi River is the “heaven” for tourists to experience the cool water in summer. Rowing drifting , running through whirlpool,overing reef and risking rapids make tourists from the whole world excited and feel very cool. The person in charge of the slalom base said that hundreds of tourists coming to drift are received everyday from the second part of June.

In the Baofeng Lake scenic region, the writer witnessed that the lake is clean like a mirror, and thousands of mountains and clean sky and white clouds reflect in it ,which form a picture of poems and paints. The tourists are roaming in boats with songs, which are very comfortable, especially the flying waterfall in Baofeng Lake which is like the poem written by Libai “Running down three thousand feet” is filled with tourists. According to the incomplete statistics, the Baofeng Lake scenic region receives over3,000 tourists each day from July.

Also, in the Huanglong Cave scenic spot, more than 6,000 tourists come to have a visit and enjoy the natural air-condition every day.
