The second Reporters'Forest Settles in the Big Valley in Zhangjiajie

The morning of today, the night-editors from all media of China who made a visit here planted 55 Camphor trees in the Big Valley scenic spot of Zhangjiajie, which became the second Reporters' Forest of the whole country planted by the Association Organization of China's Journalists.

The 18 center major presses including the Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily, the Center TV station, Magazine Centering on Finding Truths, Newspaper for Liberation Army and so on, and 14 night editors from news presses of provinces,autonomies and municipalities directly under the center government ,together with more than 50 editing journalists from 9 northern provinces carefully planted the saplings of the Camphor trees on the two sides of the road in the beautiful Big Valley scenic spot .

It is reported that this activity is a part of hundreds of tourists in the Big Valley planting trees to help the farmers with the theme of " I have a tree in Zhangjiajie". This activity centering on " planting, touring and helping the farmers" was welcomed by the tourists and local residents, has a positive effect on accelerating the increase of production and income of the farmers in the scenic spot , transferring and upgrading the tourism industry and building the quality products of tourism.
