Zhangjiajie city intensifying efforts to ensure safety of transport

The scenary region of Wulingyuan District Zhangjiajie City is intensifying its efforts to ensure the safety of transport in the summer vacation.
The scenary region of Wulingyuan District has went into a peak time of summer tour after the College Entrance Examination finished . On June 16, the reporter got the news that due to the facts of hot weather, more rains,and more breakdowns of vehicles, the Environmental Transporting Company ,named Easy to Go Out, which the supplier of transporting in the scenary region has overall started the activity for providing high quality services for transporting in summer,and has selected and sent more than 160 environmental buses with good performance to the scenary region.
According to the introduction of the people in charge of the Environmental Transporting Company, in order to ensure the safety, on one hand, they have strengthened the training of safe operation and daily administration for the drivers, such as , selecting the profession person to be the driver for a certain route in a certain bus, and doing a overhaul in a fixed time,thus can ensure no breakdown happening, meanwhile ,the company will collectively administrate the drivers,and make sure they have enough time to have a rest, therefore, it will effectively avoid tired driving.  On the other hand, as to the different time period, the company will make a reasonable dispatch of the buses, monitor the operation of all lines and all stations all the time , so it can shorten the time for tourists to waiting. What's more, during the peak time ,for example,in the morning and at night, the senior officers in the company will go to the scenary region to do conduct and inspection , and Safety Monitoring Station are set up along the major pathway to remind the drivers of the speed and being careful.
In addition, except ensuring the safety , the Environmental Transporting Company complied with the subject of "service quality improvement" this year,widely developed activities of " paying more attention to service quality, building their own brand and image, improving the staff's quality" ,so as to increase the awareness of serving people, regulating the service behaviour, and improving the service quality. To do a good job in the summer, the company also provided a training for all the staff working in the "front line", including the civility, polite terms and guidances for good services, making efforts to provide more comfortable and better tourism services for tourists.
