Day 1

You will get a warm welcome from your guide and driver when you arrive in Zhangjiajie, be transferred to your hotel and have a good rest.

Day 2 Tianmen Mountain&Baofeng Lake
Full day to explore Tianmen Mountain,take the longest cablecar in the world up Tianmen Mountain,have a walk on the mountain plank road built along the face of cliffs. You will feel like walking in a fairy land when the mist is still heavy.The must-visit scenic spots are: Tianmen Cave, Glass Road, Tianme Temple.(Walk the whole mountain including East Line and West Line,about 3.5 hours walking on the top and one more hour walking for the 999 steps).
After this mountain, head to Baofeng Lake,it is pure just like a big crystal among Bao feng mountain Range.When you cruise, you can hear authentic song from Tujia minority people on the boat.(take VIP Bus up Baofeng Lake).

Day 3 Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

AM: Arrive in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, go to Yellow Stone Village, located in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, It lies to the west of Zhangjiajie Forest Park with an altitude of 1200m and covers an area of 250mu, Yellow Stone Village is a must visit place when you are in Zhangjiajie, the most popular scenic spots are Six Wonders Pagoda, Picking Star Platform, Five Finger Peak and so on ,this place is peaceful and few tourists since it takes more than 2 hours tough walking on the top(If you don't like to take cable car up to the mountain, you can also climb up, about 7000 steps, very nice trail to climb).

PM: Head to Gold Whip Stream for a pleasant stroll along the stream in the afternoon, surrounded by grotesque rocks, this place is well-known for its crystal water and fresh air. You might see some monkeys there. Please don’t touch or scare them for safety reasons, but giving them food is ok. About 2 hours hiking in this valley.

5-Day Tour: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park & Tianmen Mountain

Day 4 Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

AM: After breakfast, take the Bailong Elevator up Yuanjiajie, Bailong Elevator is the said to be the world's tallest full-exposure outdoor lift, tallest double-deck sightseeing elevator. Mountains in Yuanjiajie are the inspiration for Hallelujah Mountain in AVATAR , Where you will also find the aptly named First Bridge under Heaven, Lover Peaks and so on. But this place will be a little crowded, especially in summer time.
PM: Air Corridor is one of the most eye-catching scenic spots in Zhangjiajie. It is the most difficult path from Asking for the Moon to there. Vertical cliffs encircle us and only a plank road facing the cliff lies on our left hand. In fact, Air Corridor is a plank way carved over the cliffs, so when you walk on such passage, it will both excite and exhaust you! (3 hours walking)
After this,continuing to Tianzi Mountain, it takes you 25 minuts from Yangjiajie to Tianzi Mountain by public bus, after arriving in Tianzi Mountain, you will have a bird’s-eye view of all the mountains and valleys of the Wuling Mountains. Visit Western Sea, Helong Park, Viewing Terrace etc.Take Tianzi Cablecar down and check in hotel for a good rest.

Day 5 Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon &Glass Bridge & Yellow Dragon Cave
AM: Transfer to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, combining mountain, water and hole, Zhangjiajie Grand Cayon is the landform museum of Zhangjiajie.The main attractions: One-Line-Sky, Family Portrait, The millennial Ancient Rattan, Chuangwang Pavilion, the Southern Red Flag Canal, Zhuaxian Spring, Rotten Ship Rock, What's more, the world's highest see-through skywalk bridge has been completed and open to public in Oct 2015,you can have an amazing walking on this glass bridge(3 hours walking).

PM: A short driving to Yellow Dragon Cave,this cave is just like an underground "magical palace", featuring a wide cave, deep and secluded underground rivers, hanging waterfalls and dense stone bamboo shoots,showing a style of its own(1.5 hours walking). See you off in airport or railway station.
