Vice Governor He Baoxiang Discusses Cooperation on Tourism with Canadian Guests

On the evening of Nov. 2, He Baoxiang, vice governor of Hunan Province, met in Changsha with a Canadian delegation led by Mr. William R. Fatt, CEO of the Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI). 

The four delegates visited Hunan to have a good understanding of the development of Hunan's tourism services and to boost a mutual cooperation in this area. FRHI plans to cooperate with the Hunan Enough Sunshine Investment Co., Ltd., a member of the Hunan Federation of Industry and Commerce, to build an international five-star hotel in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Cluster. 

Mr. He extended welcome to the visitors and introduced the development of tourism services in Hunan. He pointed out that Hunan's gorgeous scenery has been attracting numerous tourists at home and abroad and that Hunan has taken great efforts to promote tourism, providing better services for tourists. Additionally, he expected the delegates could visit around Hunan during their stay to gain a better understanding of Hunan, pushing forward the cooperation of both sides in tourism services.
