The construction of the expressway from Yichang to Zhangjiajie was starting

On September 26, the construction of the expressway from Yichang to Zhangjiajie was starting connecting Wudang Mountain, Shennongjia,Three Gorges Dam ,Zhangjiajie and other famous tourism regions was starting, so it is called the "Golden Road" for the tourism of Hubei and Hunan Province. After finished, it will take you 2 hours driving from Zhangjiajie straight to Three Gorges, because the obstacle of the Wuling Mountains has been broken.
The expressway will be an important road from Hubei Province to Xiangxi area after finished, thus can strengthening the connection of economy and transportation of the two provinces, advancing the integration of famous scenic regions, promoting the social and economic development of the Economic Cooperation Region of Wuling Mount, especially it will motivate the development of ethnic regions. Therefore, not only will it be "an expressway for sightseeing",but also " a way for rapid economic development."
