Zhangjiajie airport take measures to prevent the bird strike

In 2012, under the leadership of the steering group who are responsible for the prevention and control of the bird, the working party in Zhangjiajie lotus airport (Lotus Airport for short) kept on preventing and managing bird strike, strengthening the force of avoiding the bird troubles in order to ensure the safety of aircraft movement area and to stop bird strike events. The workers maximized the effects of all work of the prevention and control of the bird by using the physical,chemical, ecological and other different methods. Good results have been achieved for from the October 2011 to now, the airport haven't happen a bird strike event at all.
