Jade Firstly─Yangjiajie in Wulingyuan Scenic Area

Located on the west northern part of Wulingyuan Scenic Area, Yangjiajie occupies an area of 3400 Hectares. With grand, steep, green, quiet and wild scenery, it belongs to Quartz Sandstone Physiognomy.The highest peak named One Step to Heaven is about 1130 meters above sea level. There are gorges, streams and trees in Yangjiajie. 95% of total area covered by forest. The wild natural scenery is main sight in Yangjiajie like Zhangjiajie. Yangjiajie Scenic Area is a relatively recently discovered area of Zhangjiajie. Like a hidden gem, its pristine beauty is a touch above other areas; and its amazing landscape, with a bit of adventure and fewer tourist crowds, will impress you as you climb the steps. The mountains, forming a natural “Great Wall”, are the most striking feature of the area.
